- 2 cups leftover grilled chicken, shredded (organic recommended)

- 1 avocado, diced (organic recommended)

- 1 head of iceberg or butter lettuce, leaves separated

*For the Salsa Verde:*

- 1 cup fresh salsa verde (homemade or store-bought)

- 1 lime, juiced

- Salt and pepper, to taste


1. In a bowl, combine the shredded grilled chicken and diced avocado. Mix gently to combine.
