Ingredients

For the Salad:


  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced

  • 8 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled


For the Dressing:


  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (choose a sugar-free variety)

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and crumbled bacon.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.

  3. Add the sliced grilled chicken to the salad and drizzle the dressing over the top.

  4. Toss the salad until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
