  • 1 lb lean ground turkey or chicken (pasture-raised, no added hormones)

  • 6 large eggs (organic, pasture-raised)

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 cup low-fat cheddar cheese (organic if possible)

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (organic)

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped (organic)

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

  • 1 tsp avocado or olive oil (for greasing the pan)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch pie dish with avocado or olive oil.

  • Cook the ground turkey or chicken in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl with almond milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and mustard powder.

  • Assemble the quiche: Spread the cooked turkey or chicken evenly in the greased pie dish. Sprinkle red onions and cherry tomatoes over the top.

  • Pour the egg mixture over the meat and vegetables, ensuring an even distribution. Sprinkle low-fat cheddar cheese on top.

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.

  • Cool & serve: Let it sit for a few minutes before slicing into portions.
