6 large eggs (organic, pasture-raised)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup low-fat cheddar cheese (organic if possible)
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (organic)
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped (organic)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
1 tsp avocado or olive oil (for greasing the pan)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch pie dish with avocado or olive oil.
Cook the ground turkey or chicken in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl with almond milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and mustard powder.
Assemble the quiche: Spread the cooked turkey or chicken evenly in the greased pie dish. Sprinkle red onions and cherry tomatoes over the top.
Pour the egg mixture over the meat and vegetables, ensuring an even distribution. Sprinkle low-fat cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
