Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves, for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add chicken and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through about 8-10 minutes.

  3. Add thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to coat the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
