Ingredients

  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Arrange fresh mozzarella slices on a serving platter.

  2. Scatter halved cherry tomatoes and prosciutto slices over the mozzarella.

  3. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the ingredients.

  4. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Gently toss the salad just before serving to combine flavors.
