  • 1 cup egg whites

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 turkey sausage links, casings removed

  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper

  • 1/4 cup diced onion

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions
