Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey or chicken (instead of beef or buffalo)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

  • 1/2 tsp dried sage

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • Olive oil spray

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey or chicken with all the spices, almond flour, and almond milk. Mix everything together until well combined.

  2. Form the mixture into 8 patties.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with olive oil spray.

  4. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked thoroughly.
