1 lb ground turkey or chicken (instead of beef or buffalo)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Olive oil spray
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey or chicken with all the spices, almond flour, and almond milk. Mix everything together until well combined.
Form the mixture into 8 patties.
