Ingredients

  • 2 lean ground beef patties (4 oz each)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced

  • 1 tbsp white vinegar

Directions

  1. Season the beef patties with salt and pepper to taste.
