Ingredients

1/2 pound ground bison

1/4 small onion, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 lettuce leaves (for wrapping the burger)

Optional toppings: sliced tomato, sliced onion, sliced avocado, mustard, sugar-free ketchup

Directions
