  • 1/4 lb ground buffalo, lean ground beef, or ground chicken breast

  2. Add the diced onion and cook until it becomes translucent and slightly browned.

  3. Add the ground buffalo, lean ground beef, or ground chicken breast to the skillet. Cook until the meat is browned and fully cooked through.

  4. Add the shredded cabbage, red bell pepper, celery, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vegetables have slightly softened.

  5. Season with sea salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.

  6. Stir in the Bragg's Liquid Aminos, ensuring that all the ingredients are well coated. Cook for another minute to allow the flavors to meld together.
