Ingredients

  • 8 oz top sirloin, thinly sliced

  • 1 leek, chopped

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 1/2 onion, sliced into wedges

  • 1 bunch broccoli, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons Bragg's Liquid Aminos

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Slice the top sirloin into thin strips. Chop the leek, green onions, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic cloves and slice the onion into wedges.

  2. Heat the olive oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

  3. Sauté the garlic and onions: Add the minced garlic and sliced onions to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the onions become translucent.

  4. Cook the beef: Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes, or until the beef is browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.

  5. Stir-fry the vegetables: In the same skillet, add the chopped leek, green onions, and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

  6. Combine the beef and vegetables: Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables.

  7. Add the sauce: Drizzle the Bragg's Liquid Aminos over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Continue to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.

  8. Serve: Remove the beef stir-fry from the heat and transfer it to a serving dish. You can serve it as is or over steamed rice or noodles.
