8 oz top sirloin, thinly sliced
1 leek, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/2 onion, sliced into wedges
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Bragg's Liquid Aminos
Directions
Prepare the ingredients: Slice the top sirloin into thin strips. Chop the leek, green onions, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic cloves and slice the onion into wedges.
Heat the olive oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Sauté the garlic and onions: Add the minced garlic and sliced onions to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the onions become translucent.
Cook the beef: Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes, or until the beef is browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
