Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini

  • Sea salt or other seasoning(s) of your choice

  • Olive oil cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°C (450°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and slice it into thin, even rounds. You can use a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer for this.

  3. Arrange the zucchini slices on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Make sure they are not overlapping.

  4. Lightly spray the zucchini slices with olive oil cooking spray. This will help them crisp up in the oven.

  5. Sprinkle sea salt or your preferred seasonings over the zucchini slices. You can use any seasoning you like, such as garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, or Italian herbs.

  6. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the zucchini chips turn golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them during the last few minutes to avoid burning.

  7. Once the zucchini chips are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet. This will allow them to become even crispier.

  8. Transfer the baked zucchini chips to a serving bowl or plate and enjoy them as a healthy snack or appetizer.
