For Baked Cod:
4 cod fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

For Garlic Butter Sauce:
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

For Roasted Brussels Sprouts:
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over each cod fillet.
Bake cod in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
While the cod is baking, prepare the garlic butter sauce by melting butter in a pan. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
For the Brussels sprouts, toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a separate baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Once the cod is done, drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the fillets and garnish with chopped parsley.
