For the salad:
Mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula, etc.)
50g ham (cooked and diced)
20g salami (sliced)
30g cheese (mozzarella, provolone, or any low-carb cheese of your choice)
10-15 black or green olives (pitted)
Cherry tomatoes (halved)
For the dressing:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the mixed salad greens by washing them thoroughly and patting them dry. Place the greens in a large salad bowl.
