Ingredients

For the salad:


  • Mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula, etc.)

  • 50g ham (cooked and diced)

  • 20g salami (sliced)

  • 30g cheese (mozzarella, provolone, or any low-carb cheese of your choice)

  • 10-15 black or green olives (pitted)

  • Cherry tomatoes (halved)


For the dressing:


  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare the mixed salad greens by washing them thoroughly and patting them dry. Place the greens in a large salad bowl.

  2. Add the diced ham, sliced salami, and cheese to the bowl.

  3. Scatter the olives and cherry tomatoes over the salad.

  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
