1 cup organic, no salt beef broth
1 cup water
Fresh tomatoes or celery, to taste
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp dried oregano

Directions
In a bowl, combine the lean ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, minced onion, minced garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Form small meatballs from the mixture, about 1 inch in diameter. Set them aside.
