6 leaves romaine lettuce or lettuce of choice

3 slices chicken breast

½ cucumber, sliced

sprinkle of paprika

sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Top a lettuce leaf with a slice of chicken, cucumber, sea salt, pepper, and paprika, then as if it were a sandwich, wrap it up with another piece of lettuce. Repeat with other ingredients.
