½ container of Tofu, cubed very small

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp stevia

ground cloves

¼ cup homemade applesauce


Instructions

Brown tofu in a non-stick skillet, sprayed with Olive Oil Spray.

Add cinnamon and stevia

Sprinkle in cloves and stir in applesauce and heat
