Ingredients

4 oz shrimp

2 medium squash, chopped

1 onion, chopped

2 gloves crushed garlic

fresh parsley, chopped

black pepper and sea salt to taste.

Instructions

Saute onion, garlic and parsley in 1tsp olive oil; add squash and sea salt and pepper to taste. Cover and smother until squash is tender. Drain any extra liquid, add shrimp, cook for 5 minutes.
