Ingredients

2 onions, diced

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 bell pepper, diced

parsley, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tomatoes, chopped

10 pods okra, chopped

1 lb shrimp

½ lb crab meat

Instructions

Cook the okra down until all slime is gone. Add onions, garlic, peppers, tomatoes, olive oil and parsley. Cook until everything is tender. Add the shrimp and crab meat.
