Directions
1. Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and cook until beginning to brown, 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Add spinach and toss to coat.
4. Cover and cook until wilted, 3 to 5 minutes.
5. Remove from the heat and add lemon juice, salt and crushed red pepper.
6. Toss to coat and serve immediately
