Ingredients

¼ lbs sliced beef (extra lean steak)

3 cups cabbage

½ cup water

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp Bragg’s Liquid Aminos

2 cloves garlic

1 tbsp chopped green onions

¼ tsp chili powder, or to taste

sea salt, pepper, and stevia to taste

Instructions

Combine spices into liquid ingredients. In a frying pan or wok, stir fry on high heat to combine flavors and cook beef and cabbage. Add additional water if necessary. Cook until beef is cooked and cabbage is tender.
