Ingredients
4oz lean ground beef
oz POMI tomato sauce
2 cups tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp onion, minced
½ tsp dried basil
¼ tsp dried oregano
sea salt and pepper, to taste
cayenne pepper, to taste
stevia, to taste (optional)
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef.
2. Add tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic, and herbs.
3. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes and add water until desired consistency.
4. Serve on top of Spaghetti squash.
