Ingredients

Main

4oz Sockeye Salmon (skin removed)

2 tbsp minced garlic

2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Olive oil cooking spray

1 tsp kosher salt (or sea salt flakes)


Sides

12 spears (woody ends removed)

1 cup butSalt and pepper to tasteter, softener


Instructions

Step 1 : Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

 

Step 2: Place the Salmon and Asparagus on a large baking tray

 

Steps 3: Season and bake to your liking!

 

Step 4: Drizzle 1 tsp ONLY olive oil on the Salmon

 

Step 5: Serve with leafy green salads on the side
