Ingredients

0.25 Avocado, chopped

1 oz plain full fat Greek yogurt

0.5 lemon, juice

0.4 oz fresh parsley, roughly chopped

0.4 oz cilantro, roughly chopped

0.2 oz fresh chives, roughly chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

1 fl oz water


Instructions

1. In a blender or with stick mixer, blitz avocado , yogurt, lemon juice, herbs, garlic and water until smooth.

2. Add a splash more water if you would like a thinner consistency. Taste and add salt if needed.

3. Use as a dressing for salad or atop a pan fried protein (delicious with chicken!), can also be used as a dip (add less water to keep it thick).
