Ingredients

4 oz of beef or chicken, cut into strips

1 ½ cups of tomatoes

1 onion cut into thin strips

1 clove of garlic, chopped

3 tbsp Lemon juice

1/8 tsp of chili powder

pinch of cayenne pepper.

Instructions

1. Marinate meat in lemon juice and spices

2. Cook strips in a frying pan with garlic and onions.

3. Add chopped tomatoes during the last five minutes of cooking

4. Enjoy with leaf lettuce as mock tortillas.
