Ingredients

Ingredients:

12 servings liquid egg whites

¼ cup chopped tomatoes

½ cup chopped spinach

¼ cup chopped red and green peppers

pinch of Mrs. Dash Original seasoning

sea salt and black pepper to taste

onion powder, to taste

Instructions

1. Blend all ingredients in a bowl. Spray muffin pan with Olive Oil spray and divide mixture into pan.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, and then let cool for about 5-10 minutes.
