Ingredients

4 Whole Large Eggs

8 servings liquid egg whites

8 servings liquid egg whites

Pinch of Mrs. Dash original seasoning


Instructions

Step 1

Onion Powder, to taste

½ cup of chopped tomatoes

½ cup of chopped red and green peppers

Sea salt and black pepper to taste


Directions

Blend all ingredients in bowl.

Spray muffin non-stick pan with olive oil cooking spray and divide mixture into pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, and then let cool for about 5-10 minutes.
