Ingredients

1 medium head of cabbage, shredded (2 bags of shredded cabbage)

1 large red onion, diced

2 stalks of celery, chopped

¼ cup stevia

¼ - ½ cup apple cider vinegar

¼ cup olive oil

sea salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp dry mustard powder


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onions, and celery. Sprinkle with stevia and mix well.

2. In small saucepan, combine vinegar, oil, sea salt, dry mustard, and pepper.

3. Bring to a boil.

4. Pour hot dressing over cabbage mixture, mix.
