Ingredients

4 ounces chicken breast

¼ cup water

1tbsp onion, chopped

1 clove garlic crushed

1/8 tsp. oregano

chopped cilantro

lettuce leaves

Instructions

In frying pan cook chicken and water, add onion, garlic, and spices. Deglaze pan with lemon juice. Serve taco style with lettuce leaves as shells. Can use homemade salsa as topping.
