Chicken Cacciatore with Zoodles
Season the chicken with the oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt, and the pepper. Use cooking spray and add 1 tsp coconut oil to a non-stick pan and fry. Transfer the chicken to a plate. Add the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, broth, tomato paste, garlic and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt to the pot. Fry till soft.
Add the chicken to the dish and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the zoodles at the end and stir in the dish for another 5 minutes.
