Ingredients

4 oz chicken breast, diced

2 cups tomatoes, chopped

¼ cup organic, no salt chicken broth

2 tbsp POMI Tomato Sauce

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos

2 tbsp onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp garlic powder

1 bay leaf

cayenne pepper, to taste

stevia, to taste

Instructions

1. Brown the chicken with garlic, onion, and lemon juice in small saucepan. Deglaze the pan with the chicken broth.

2. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, vinegar, and spices. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

3. Remove the bay leaf and serve hot.
