Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp dried basil
3 tsp sweet paprika
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet, add chicken and garlic and cook stirring occasionally until chicken is cooked through. Add basil and paprika and stir to coat chicken, for about 2 minutes.
