Ingredients

1 head raw cauliflower

1 tsp olive oil

1/8 cup water

dash of garlic powder

Instructions

1. Remove the core and leaves of cauliflower so there is no green left, and then chop into manageable pieces for food processor.

2. Place cauliflower into food processor and process until about the side of cooked rice grains.

3. Saute in olive oil and water mixture with the garlic powder until tender.
