Ingredients

1/4 lb ground buffalo, lean ground beef or ground chicken breast

¼ tsp olive oil

1 small onion, finely diced

½ cup shredded cabbage

½ red bell pepper

1 celery stick, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 bibb lettuce leaves

1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tbsp Bragg’s Liquid Aminos

sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Dice all vegetables and set aside.

2. In a large cooking skillet, spray lightly with olive oil spray, and brown meat until cooked thoroughly and set aside.

3. Add all the vegetables and garlic to skillet and cook on medium-high heat until lightly cooked and onions are translucent – about 5 minutes

4. Add meat to vegetables

5. Portion into lettuce leaves
