pulp from 1 apple

1/8 tsp cinnamon

pinch of nutmeg

1/8 tsp vanilla extract

stevia, to taste

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

1. Mix pulp from apple with stevia and spices and form into cookies (about 1-2).

2. Bake cookies for 15-20 minutes at 350F, or until slightly brown.
