1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup frozen strawberries
1-2 packets of stevia, to taste
1/2 cup ice cubes
In a blender, combine the unsweetened vanilla almond milk and plain Greek yogurt.
Add the vanilla protein powder to the blender.
Add the frozen strawberries to the blender. If the strawberries are quite large, you may want to chop them into smaller pieces before adding.
Add the avocado to the blender. Make sure to remove the skin and pit before adding it in.
Add 1 to 2 packets of stevia, depending on your desired sweetness. You can adjust the amount according to your taste preferences.
Finally, add the ice cubes to the blender.
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender occasionally to ensure everything is well incorporated.
Once blended, pour the strawberry protein shake into a glass.
