3 medium tomatoes, diced
1/2 large red onion, diced
1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely diced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp sea salt
Juice of 1 lime
Directions
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno peppers, and green bell pepper.
Add the minced garlic and fresh cilantro to the bowl and mix well.
In a small bowl, combine the ground cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, and sea salt.
