2 boneless ribeye steaks (about 8 ounces each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions
Grilled Steak:
Start by taking the ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking to allow them to come to room temperature. This helps in achieving a more even cook.
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Meanwhile, prepare the steak seasoning by mixing the garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel and brush them with olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle the seasoning mix generously on each side of the steaks, pressing the spices into the meat.
Place the seasoned steaks on the preheated grill or grill pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your preferred level of doneness.
