Ingredients

  • 0.25 avocado, chopped

  • 1 oz plain full-fat Greek yogurt

  • 0.5 lemon, juice

  • 0.4 oz fresh parsley, roughly chopped

  • 0.4 oz cilantro, roughly chopped

  • 0.2 oz fresh chives, roughly chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 fl oz water

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, fresh parsley, cilantro, chives, minced garlic clove, and water.

  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the dressing seems too thick, you can add a little more water to thin it out to your desired consistency.

  3. Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning if needed. You can add salt and pepper according to your preference.

  4. Once the dressing is smooth and well combined, transfer it to a jar or airtight container.

  5. Refrigerate the Green Goddess Dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

  6. Serve the dressing as a dip for vegetables, a dressing for salads, or as a sauce for various dishes.
