Ingredients

  • 15 oz. silken tofu (squeeze out and discard excess liquid)

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (start with using less to make the consistency you desire)

  • 2 cubes vegan bouillon

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp truvia or stevia

  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper

  • 2 tbsp plus 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp dried dill

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the silken tofu, unsweetened almond milk, vegan bouillon cubes, garlic powder, truvia or stevia, black pepper, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, salt, and dried dill.

  2. Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the dressing is too thick, add a little more almond milk and blend again until desired consistency is reached. If it's too thin, you can add more silken tofu or a small amount of almond milk.

  3. Taste the dressing and adjust the seasonings to your preference. You can add more garlic powder, black pepper, dill, or salt if desired.

  4. Transfer the creamy ranch dressing to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

  5. Serve the creamy ranch dressing as a dip for vegetables, drizzle it over salads, or use it as a dressing for wraps or sandwiches. Enjoy!
